Sephardic Holiday Cooking is organized by holiday and the recipes are so arranged that complete and varied Sephardic meals can be prepared for all of these celebrations. Every major Jewish holiday is included and a separate chpter is devoted to each. Explanations of why particular foods are eaten at these times are provided along with vignettes on the historical importance of the holidays.
